Tina Louise Wirth

February 27, 1968 - October 13, 2017

Tina Louise passed away October 13, 2017, surrounded by family and friends, at Hospice House South after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on February 27, 1968, in Seattle WA, she was adopted by Michael and Louise Lazorik. Tina grew up in Spokane, graduating from West Valley H.S. She worked as an office manager for Dr. Donald K. Williams, D.O. for 10 years. She is survived by her husband Eric of 15 years. Sons Nick, Nathan, Colton, Evan and sister Barbara, all of Spokane. Tina reconnected with her biological family in 2013. She is survived by brothers & sisters Bud, and Billie Marie of Oregon; Dan, Sandy & Marylou of Alaska; Susan & Karen of Washington, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by Michael Lazorik (January 1998). Louise Lazorik (November 22, 2010). Tina loved life. She was always smiling and laughing. She loved kids, taking road trips with the boys, traveling to see family, the beach, and flip flops. But most of all, she loved her boys and family. We love you Tina, and you will be deeply missed, but will live forever in our hearts. The family is grateful to Hospice of Spokane for all the care & compassion given in her final days. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 4th at Dishman First Baptist Church, 315 N. Argonne Rd. Spokane Valley, WA.
