Bert (88) transitioned peacefully on March 9, 2022, surrounded by her daughters. She was born and raised in Deer Park, WA to Emil and Jenny (Morris) Gibson. Shortly after graduating high school, she moved to Spokane where she worked at Crescent, the department store, until she married Claude Wheeler and began a family. She loved to socialize and became fast friends with everyone she met. She is loved and will be missed tremendously by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her daughters Pam (Frank) Kostelecky, Brenda (Glenn) Forcier, Stacy Wheeler and numerous grandkids. Memorial Services will be held at Sunset Chapel on Friday, March 25th at 11:00 am with graveside services to follow at Fairmount 12:30 pm, 5200 W Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA, 99205. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pacific Northwest Cremation & Funeral North.
